Martijn’s interest in real estate began at an early age, when he regularly visited homes with his grandfather.
These experiences sparked his curiosity for the stories behind each home sale.
After completing a focused real estate education and obtaining the necessary diplomas to work as both a broker and appraiser, Martijn started his career in real estate in 2003.
He now has 21 years of experience in the Amsterdam housing market and feels completely at home here.

Within VLIEG, Martijn is responsible for buying and selling homes and managing the residential portfolio.
Thanks to the strong support of a commercial inside sales team, he can fully focus on his passion: personal contact with customers.

As branch manager, Martijn leads a young and enthusiastic team.

Outside of work, Martijn enjoys sports and traveling to faraway places, as well as to destinations closer to home.
During one of his trips in Spain, he even met his current partner.
