The property is situated on a real A-location in Amstelveen, in the popular Keizer Karelpark neighbourhood. It is a very child-friendly area with schools, childcare, playgrounds and the Amsterdam International School within walking or short cycling distance from the house. In the immediate vicinity of the house, there are several local supermarkets, shops and specialty shops. The house is also located at a short bike ride from Amstelveen's indoor city centre with a wide range of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, a cinema, pop stage and a library. Every Friday, there is also a large market on the Stadsplein with a varied range of (fresh) stalls. You can enjoy a breath of fresh air in the Amsterdamse Bos and De Poel, which are within walking distance. The accessibility of the property is excellent both by public transport as well as by car: the A9 towards Amsterdam, Schiphol and Utrecht can be reached within a few minutes, there is a tram stop to Amsterdam South at 5 minutes by bike and from Amstelveen's bus station there are excellent public transport connections in various directions.

Behind the front door, we find the entrance hall with the meter closet, the guest toilet with hand basin, the staircase to the first floor and access to the living room with an open kitchen.
