Wat wij vooral waardeerden was zijn geduld en bereidheid om onze vragen uitgebreid te beantwoorden, zelfs als ze heel specifiek waren. Hij nam de stress weg die vaak gepaard gaat met het zoeken naar een hypotheek en zorgde ervoor dat we ons comfortabel voelden bij elke stap van het proces.
